AVI Increment Skip vs Fast forwarding

I have a few movies in avi format that I would like to skip incrementally (1 min, 2, 5, 10 min)  versus having to sit through 10 minutes of fast forwarding to get to the middle of the movie.  Is there any way to do this? 

Or do any of the newer generation units support increment skip?

While in FF or Rev, push Next or Prev to skip ahead or back 10Mins
