AutoUpdate to firmware 2.21.111

Selected firmware update from dashboard of MyCloud Mirror Gen 2. download and update seemed to be successful but it is stuck on “Device Rebooting” for an hour and the power LED is still red and both drive lights solid blue with no activity in the past hour. What do I do now? The reboot should have completed by now.
