Autostart of programs with new firmware

Hi,

today I got my new My Cloud 4TB NAS. I upgraded the software (version is 1.04.05) and activated SSH to install btsync.

I placed a start-script into the init.d folder to start btsync on system start, but after rebooting the NAS the script (in the init.d folder) was deleted. Also the tweaks with deactivating the mediaserver by setting other file permissions is not working, because everything is resetted after the reboot.

Any ideas to prevent the reset and to start btsync on system launch?

PS: I tried to downgrade (several ways from this forum) but it didn’t work, so I have to take it as it is

What if you try to set the script with read-only permissions?

I did, but the script is also deleted :frowning:
