Auto Update?

Does anyone use the Auto Update setting?

Is it any more or less reliable than doing it manually through the web interface?

I’m really concerned about putting on the 1.03.03 update.

Hi there!!

The auto update will just tell that there -is- an update, but it will not force it into you unless you accept it, so it is actually a semi-auto update.

No, Auto Update will download and stage the update, and then wait until the Day / Time you specify in the configuration to perform the reboot. So, it is actully fully auto.

I do NOT do that. I leave it DISABLED (even though it says ENABLED, there’s no checkmark there, so it is NOT enabled.) so it notifies me when I log on to the web interface.
