The auto backup isn’t running anymore in the app. It hasn’t ran since December 28th. When I check the My Cloud>Activity it says there are 113 items in progress. It has said that for days, even after doing what I tried below.
Is there a manual backup in the app? I can’t find it.
I have a Samsung galaxy S5. I have down loaded the newest version of the app and rebooted my phone.
U can do that if u have a mobile recorder https://mobilerecorder24.com/ this app can do backup in auto mode.
