Authorization to this Device has been denied... (401)

Hi,

i installed WD Photo on my iphone, generate the activation code on my live book… everything was fine for few days… then…

I got message that my activation expired O.o I redone the process but now everytime i always get 401 error … not able anymore to reconnect …

everytime i put a new code its the same … not authorize to get acces then i have to reenter a new code …

Franky2, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

Have you tried on other devices to check if only that phone is blocked?
