This WD Live Media Hub is a piece of [Deleted] . Over priced JUNK. No audio most of the time, playback of stored media on an external WD drive is impossible, jus t doesn’t find any files. Funny that the Oplay by Asus can find and play them no problem. yes i have restarted it. yes I have reset to original settings. no , it didn’t help. there is nothing wrong with my onkio reciever. every other product that i connect to it works flawlessly. Non of the other items i use have a website such as this with pages of extensive unresolved problems. this product needs to be recalled
