Like we know the WD TV HD gen 2 and I think the live as well, have the problem with MP4 and ACC out of sync, which even when convert to MKV and ACC it has some miliseconds pauses, but I one of these days I was playing an old mp4 movie and surprise there was not out of sync at all, if you can check the properties and maybe find a solution, the only problem was that sometimes the video was playing like slow.
