Attempts to Unlock my brand new WD MyBook send me to “C:\Windows\SysWOW64>” command Prompt.
I have yet to even be able to log in and unlock my brand new drive!

Reformatting the drive will erase all the data on the unit, as well as removes the password from the drive.
Note: Formatting the drive will erase all the data on the drive and is not recoverable.

This is not a lost password. This is an issue where I never even reach the PAssword prompt. The drive errors to a Command Prompt and I never get the option to enter a password.
