ATT U Verse just updated my Router from the 2WIRE with their latest model for some reason now the WD drive won;t connect to the ethernet ports the light won’t flash green.
If I use my Net Gear wi-fi extender it connects right away any suggestions I would like to use the free ethernet ports on the back of the router
Have you tried all the router ports?
What are the LEDs on the MyCloud ethernet port doing?
What is the MyCloud front LED doing?
