Are Thumbnail issue and File Management issue fixed?

In Release 1.04.10 (1/13/2011) The Latest Available…1.04.17 was pulled …Does anyone know if the thumbnail issue and file management problem are fixed yet and if not any idea when they will be corrected…I would really like to update but am afraid due to these and a few other issues. As I said in other posts i resorted back to 1.03.29b. until these problems are corrected.

1.04.17 is from 12/30/10 ??

yes . and they removed it. due to an updating problem. the latest now available is 1.04.10 released on (1/13/2011) for the WDTV LIVE PLUS
