I have set up FTP, and I can log into it using my laptop. I am trying to set up a Reolink camera to use FTP to connect to My Cloud. The error message on the device is “454: Connection failed. Please check your network connection.”
When I log into My Cloud and click Settings > Utilities and click the View Logs button it shows successful logins. It doesn’t show failed attempts. Is there a log file that will show this information? I’m hoping that I won’t have to SSH into My Cloud.
