Apps dissapeared and won't install anymore

Hi, Had a disk crashed recently in bay 2. Replaced it with an identical spare. RAID rebuild fine, So I thought everything was OK, until I found out backups to USB didn’t run anymore. I always had 2 apps installed - Antivirus & USB backups. These apps have somehow uninstalled themselves, and when I try to reinstall, system says they can’t install. I need to backup NAS to external USB…
