I have a new mycloudmirror. Everything works fine except that the Photos Library hasn’t copied over. Any suggestions?

If you are referring to the Apple device’s Camera Roll as the Photos Library, you need to upload the Camera Roll’s photos and videos using the My Cloud app, and there is a setting in app to auto-upload, too.
