App not working?

For the life of me, I can’t get the app to work for me. Can someone help?

You likely need a few more details and sorry to start with basics. Either app is not configured, hardware is not online, or firewall is blocking something.

Even more basic, can you see camera views from a monitor connected directly to wdrview hardware ?

Is app on phone…to start did you scan qr code on box (or screen) or how did you synch hardware setup to app/phone ? App has a function to delete and add systems. Might delete and add to start fresh.

If you open home wireless router admin, does wdrview hardware Mac address show up as device ?
