App Login Fail - Incorrect Credentials

I can happily log into MyCloud via a web browser but when using the app (My Cloud OS3) on my phone or tablet it fails. Keeps telling me I have entered incorrect credentials.

As the web login is fine, there is clearly something wrong with the app.

Any ideas?

They are working on it.

Its not the app, its the SSL certificate we believe.
