I can’t see the app in the Israeli store

Is there is some difference between the stores?

Not really familiar with Windows phones, from my Android phone I can download apps from the internet if they are not available on Google Play. Check if you have that option.

Can’t download from WP store. Not available in my region.

Hope some one knows why this app is not available all around ?
