APC USB UPS disappears after sceduled wake up connected to EX2 Ultra

Via ssh…
dmesg shows “usb 3-1: usbfs: USBDEVFS_CONTROL failed cmd upscan rqt 128 rq 6 len 255 ret -71”
and lsusb still shows Bus 003 Device 002: ID 051d:0002 - APC connected.
Wondering why? Touched nothing. Reboot always helps.

After doing some research on error - UPS connection seems to be unreliable because of underlying software issues:

Now testing UPS connected to first port Bus 001, Device 002 (different socket).
So far test wake up from sleep at day time passed.
