APC UPS Support

I’m about to buy UPS APC BACK-UPS CS 350VA USB/SERIAL 230V (BK350EI) for my ShareSpace, but not sure if it compatible via USB.

Please you share your knowledge/experience on USB compatibility of UPS’s except for officially supported list ( http://wdc.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wdc.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2559).

APC SmartUPS 1500 (SUA1500I) is not supported. WD cannot detect this ups, writes “ups unknown”.
