Anyone know why this is happening? MyCloud/TimeMachine problem

My Time machine has stopped backing up to MyCloud, when I try and do a manual backup I get this message. Tried ejecting drive like it says but still doesn’t work. Any help appreciated.

Mostly, such issues are causing on Mojave 10.14 and may need to check with Apple Support. However, you can check after the reboot of My Cloud Home device then try to backup using Mac Time Machine.

Have you found any solution to this? I am still struggling.
