i have a NAS drive and in windows 8 it has an error saying it cant start this device i have emaild WDC and i got a replay back saying they know about it and thats all i have head back. its been months since windows 8 and they still have no fix. anyone can help me thanks
What problem are you having exactly? Also check if you have the latest firmware installed.

in windows 8 PRO x64 in the control panel under hardeware there is an exlamation mark on my NAS drive. it says that its can be started code error 10 and i ts on all 5 of my windows 8 PCs. i have been trying to remove it for months now.
Remove it under ‘Devices and printers’ and it will remove it from the device manager
