Any files would not play

WD TV HD MEDIA PLAYER. All files would not play. I tried the usb in the computer and it plays. please advise.

Try this:

  •  Delete the “.wd_tv” folder from your drive(s)

  •  Restore to “factory settings”  note:  Latest Firmware will not be lost

If it still doesn’t work, how full are your drive(s)?

I use a WD 2TB drive and in order to play it have to have at least 9GB of space left on it at all times.
