Trying to figure out why ky oics wont upload. I pick the ones i want to upload, hit Add in the top right corner. Its spins and says uploading for hours. Nothing ever goes. I tried smaller batches. Never stops spinning even afterbi close the app and restart it. I have mycloud as my back up and still nothing. Any thoughts?
The MCH is a light duty personal cloud storage. Try not to run multiple users multiple sync tasks plus the media server such as Plex at the same time.
Reduce the number of tasks and reboot the MCH.
If one reboots the MCH and the status still showed ‘spinning’ or no connection, then it is most likely a network problem of servers being down or firewall blocking access.
