I had to reset my Android phone. After doing so, the app did not reinstall from the backup. I went to the Play Store and downloaded the latest one. During the install, it requires to scan the QR code which then brings up a reset password screen. This is where the app pukes. Trying to change the admin password just doesn’t work and the app will go no further. I "chatted’ with the tech support, the tech tried to help but the temp passwords to reset don’t work either…
ANY ideas?
WD India help is totally freaking useless. I had hoped with the name of WD, things would actually work correctly…I guess they’re still recovering from the Red snafue.
