I have jpg images being uploaded automatically from the My Cloud Android app, but not videos. Is there a way to get it to upload videos automatically? I thought that this was working some time back (a year or more). I don’t even see that any videos are shown for manual upload. I am using version 4.24.1.2707 of the Android app.
Have you tried deleting cache on the Android WD MCH app and set permission to allow access as described in this thread?
Turned app permissions off and then back on and videos are coming through now. Brilliant! Thanks so much!
Make sure the my Cloud app has permission to access your videos in the Android settings.
