Android app "No music found"

Hi and thanks for reading this. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and the current version of the WD My Cloud app. On the My Cloud drive, I have many mp3 files. My file heirarchy is Public>Shared Music>uploaded>February2014Music>Rolling Stones>Tattoo You>Start Me Up.mp3. I can go into each folder/subfolder and get to these music files with no trouble. But using the quick buttons at the top of the app (All, Photos, Music, Videos), the app searches and returns with “No music found (touch to refresh).” Videos and Photos populate with no trouble.

Have you tried a rebuilt or rescan from the My Cloud Dashboard?
