An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later

I have the following problem. None of the MyCloud users can access files or folders via the browser (however, you can view photos in the web browser and there is access to files and folders via the app). When logging into MyCloud, a message appears: “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.” This state of affairs has been going on for about 10 days now. None of the service’s advice so far has had any effect. The same error appears regardless of the type of web browser. Has anyone also had a similar problem or knows the solution?
