3 years ago I bought 4 2TB Drives (Black) that had a 5 year warrenty. I placed them in a RAID 5 array and they have been performing great. a week ago one failed, so I called up, got an RMA number, did the advanced return and in less than a week I am back up again and running. When I bought the drives, I paid a little more for WD and now I know why. Way to stand behind your product and provide solid service to back it up.
