Always "File not loaded" while uploading

When I drag multiple files to mycloud, there is 95% chance that not all the files could be uploaded successfully. Usually around half of the files could be uploaded, and the other files would get error message “file not loaded”. What could be the reason? Can you let me know this is related to file type or file size or what? Then the next step I tried to upload individual file with error message one by one, this is also unsuccessful.

What’s the difference between this and my answer ? You didn’t change the Controller name in the action attribute?
