Alternative backup software

Hi
I have MBW II (white light) and have been using the backup software that came with the product since it was free.
I’m wondering what others use as an alternative ?

The feature I like the most is that it backs up files as the file change in real time instead of scheduling a specific time.
Any suggestions ?

Hello, I prefer to copy my files manually, but you can do a quick search on Google for several options.
