This happened after Windows newest update on 25/09/2016

Is this a question or a statement? How would this relate to the My Cloud? What is the specific issue? What version of Windows or Chrome does it relate too?

Doesn’t this suggest it’s a Windows problem…?

When using WD Quick view, clicking on “Dashboard”, that is the message that appears. Yes I did a poor job in posing the problem. Could not find a solution in the WD Community

Windows 10

No problems here when using WD Quick View to open the Dashboard in Chrome version 53.0.2785.116 m under Windows 10 version 1607 OS build 14393.187. Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling WD Quick View?

Yes

You do know that you can access the Dashboard simply by entering your device name or IP address into a web browser, don’t you? You don’t need to use QuickView to do that.

Sorry for all the Time and effort I caused you. All it needed was a reset.

I Apologize again (Profusely)
