Allocated memory

i have WD My Cloud ex4100 with two desks each 1TB. both configured as RAID0, which gave me volume-1 with 1.96TB.

i stored on it 380GB, but free allocated memory showing only 36GB

why is this?

Did you check the health of My Cloud after performing 4 second reset in this concern?
