Just as I wrote it. For me it sounds crazy and I want to know if it´s a regular issue, because I thought I was no good with the set-up but now after doing everything on this forum I give up.
More information is likely needed for others to understand the specifics of your issue.
How are the pictures being viewed/seen?
Using what app or program or device/computer?
Are the pictures being seen on the local network or by remote access (mycloud.com / OS5 My Cloud apps)?
Do you have a media server (Twonky or Plex) enabled on the My Cloud Dashboard App tab?
Can you post a screen capture of the issue?
@juicetaro99
Who, other than you, was able to look at your pictures? Did you set the share to OFF in the dashboard?
See example image below.
hello.
I share my cloud with my sister, and we can see each others pictures in the shared tab, even though we dont share carpets. Yes it is set but we keep seeing each other and I thought it was a Cloud Os3 issue.
hey there.
yep, the issue is around the app, i usually use my laptop to see it but lately my sister has been showing me pictures that come from both accounts.

As always one less than optimal option to deal with these kinds of issues is to move all the files you don’t want people to see or have access to out the the Share into a new Share and set the new Share’s Mobile & Web App Access to Off, and also set it to Private and assign just the administrator as the sole person who can read/write to the Share.
