recently i noted that all my files in my cloud are disapear. How i could get it back?
You need to provide more information!! What share did you have them in? What were you doing when you found out they are missing? What devices are you using and what operating system, Microsoft, Apple etc.
I have had my My Cloud for over two years and none of my files have just disappeared. I have deleted some.
I have had computers for many years and none of my files have just disappeared. As above I have deleted some.
I have had three hard drives go bad but because I have everything backed up I was able to restore everything.
