All files types on server listed as "Other"

Hi,
MyCloud 8TB mirror is showing all of my files as type “Other” it used to show Movies, Photos, Music etc… and now all of those are 0%. My files are still there. I think this might be why I can’t search any files with my android MyCloud app. It will show all my files but come up with nothing when performing a search even though I can scroll right to the file and play it no problem.

Try to re-install the My Cloud app and check if the issue still persist.
