All Cloud devices disappeared

Hi,
I’m not sure why since I didn’t reset any part of my Ex2Ultra but a few days ago non of my users could upload pictures since there “cloud devices” were removed from my Ex2Ultra :pensive:
And by the way it worked fine for at least 3 years…
How can I prevent this from happening again?
Any idea’s why it happened?
