Hi I have a early 2015 MacBook Air, and want to locate my iTunes library on my 2 year old WD My Cloud as Air has a tiny capacity in comparison to my MacBook Pro that “died”, necessitating replacement. Figured out how to do that but artwork is a problem.
I have the WD app on my iPhone SE - album artwork displays fine (one or two glitches, but I can live with that).
When I connect to server via “Go” command on Mac - album artwork also displays fine.
When I connect remotely via web - no artwork.
Artwork is embedded in each track, Album Artwork folder is in the right location.
I need to update firmware when back home, but suspect that this isn’t the issue. The guy I spoke to in Stormfront was baffled.
