Spotted whilst looking for cheap MyCloud on Amazon:

Is this related to WD’s MyCloud devices?  Is it licenced?  Is it a trademark violation…?  Did WD not register the ‘MyCloud’ trademark sensibly…?  I note, looking carefully at WD’s documentation, they always use ‘My Cloud’, with the space…

Actually, Akitio owns the rights to the My Cloud name in Japan.

Global trademarking is tricky, isn’t it…?

I can’t really comment; the company I work for spent a lot of money employing multiple ‘corporate identity consultants’ to come up with a new company identity.  Sadly, none of them seemed to check if the name was a registered domain, so our chosen corporate domain name cannot be the obvious one, and, if you enter the obvious domain name, you go somewhere completely different…
