Aip-701 error message when trying to use Netflix

I am using FW version 1.16.13 and for no particular reason I am receiving an error message referenced aip-701 which is stopping me watching any Netflix programmes.  Netflix is however working on other devices without any such error and without any problems.  I have seen elsewhere on these forums that rolling back the FW resolves this issue.  All help and guidance appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Try re-activating NetFlix on the player.

Attempt to play a video so that the aip-701 message appears. On your remote press these buttons as quickly as you can:

Up
Up
Down
Down
Left
Right
Left
Right
Up
Up
Up
Up

Then select DEACTIVATE.

Then re-login again.
