After Upgrade My cloud EX2 to OS 5 unable upload files from mobile app

After Upgrade My cloud EX2 to OS 5 each time I try upload any file - show up message: No free space - clean the disks. There are 2 disks: 1 - 20GB FREE; 2 - 9TB free. Also unable install any application and show up the same message. If use FTP client - no problem with upload.
