After the update to version 2.11.153 cannot connect to smartphone

Hello.
After update to version 2.11.153 stopped smartphone connected via program WD Photo - and writes “Unable to access device
The following actions were carried out:

  1. Restart WD.
  2. Restart Smartphone.
  3. Reconnect Smartphone to WD.
  4. Reinstall app to Smartphone.
  5. Delete and open new Cloud Access for user.

Nothing helped.

Every attempt to join - stoped on 40% FIrst Time Setup, and writes “Unable to access device

Any suggestions?

Have you tried the My Cloud mobile app?

Android,
My Cloud app work only local in work LAN, nor work via Internet (outside). [before this update everything worked and via Internet, too]
Rebuild the database not help for WD Photo and write after First Setup - No photos found.

Ohhh… my secondary EX4 get this update (2.11.153) automatically and now I cannot connect via WEB interface…
And file explorer cannot open file location…
Past only PING to his IP address…
The Power OFF freeze for 1 day and I simply putout the power cable, after put in back the power cable and power up the EX4 it continues to be in the same state… no WEB no FILE sharing… only PING…
What to do?
I was terribly upset that this can happen with the products of this brand…
