After sales maintenance

My purple disc has been sent back to Beijing City Express for half a month now, and so far, no after-sales information has been found. May I ask how to solve this. I don’t know which process my mechanical hard drive has gone through. Who can tell me? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh???. I am very anxious to use the hard drive to process data.

I hope you retained the serial number etc from the label so you can ask WDC about it.
