Hello, I renamed a folder on my 2TB Cloud and now the folder continually cycles and all my documents in the folder are not visible. I have tried to rename the folder back to its original name and the Cloud will not allow me to perform the naming function for that folder. My other folders I renamed are intact and fully accessible.

Was the “folder” an Share (Division) within your WD My Cloud, or was it a regular folder inside a Share?
It is a regular Share Folder
