What color is the LED in the front?  Did you try accessing it via IP address?  Try a differerent browser, the link to dashboard is http://wdmycloud/ui/

The front LED is blinking green. I try everything. I can not access dashboard. the link to dashboard to http://wdmycloud/ui/says that the drive is not online.

Try 4 sec and 40 sec reset. Nothing! LED is blinking green. The router does not recognize the drive and does not give IP.
