After firmware update i can't access in?

hi guys,

i have wd my cloud ex4 and give it static IP through our network.

i update the firmware to the before last one i think no. 1.03.39

after update it i can’t logging in to the WD My Cloud EX4 Dashboard through the network cable to re update

or change some settings.

and also i can’t make map for the shared folder inside the cloud storage.

it’s give my in Device manager error in the my cloud storage driver.?

so how i can fix this problem? should i search about the past update which it was OK with network & sharing ?

or should i have to make reset for my cloud storage and reconfiguration again ?

or what i have to do for this problem.

because i can’t logging to my storage any more!!!

please help me
