After ExFat formatting, can't mount

I reformated by GDrive into exFat so that I could use to transfer between my Mac and PC set-ups and then - poof - it became impossible to mount on either system. It is 2tb USB3.0 G Drive (GDREU3P8200018D8). The drive still powers up with a flashing light. I’m connecting via the USB 3.0 cable. I havent tried via Firewire 800 b/c I dont have that cable

Having a same issue. Still they will no longer mount from exFAT formatted drives. Anyone Help Us.
