After erasing disk hard disk is not recognised in mac

Had issues with copying files to hard disk. hence choose erase disk to format the disk. following erasing, hard disk is not recognised by mac. what to do now. I got an another hard disk it too has the same problem only read… not able to copy files. what to do?

Hi, you should try to check if the drive is recognized in a different computer, also change the cable and the port.
