After blackout my cloud home 2TB doesn't work

Good morning!

Some days ago there was a blackout and after it restarted MCH it doesn’t work anymore the Hard Drive inside seems to be damaged, i try with the reset button but nothing it changes, when it happens this i was just moving some movies from my pc to my cloud, my files are still on my pc, so i do not have problem to lose completely all my data, I just ask if there is some possibility to have the VIRGIN IMAGE of the Hard Drive inside like there is for old version of my cloud, so that i can change the HD with a new WD RED 2TB and put the virgin image on it. I studied how to open it without destroy some part, but before to do this i would like to know if there is some way to have the VIRGIN IMAGE.
