After a failed backup, what does RECOVER mean in details?

WDMycloud and Windows 10. After 3 days - 1 to format 1TB backup drive, 2 to backup, the backup says it failed. In the details, at the bottom, it gives an option to recover. Does this recover mean try again to continue the backup?

Having clicked on the button, I see now that recover in fact means restore. , not retry the backup operation. oh well. 2 Failures now.
