Advice needed!

I have had an EX4 My cloud since 2012, but one of the drives has failed, it is:

WD 4.0TB SATA 64MB Cache, NAS ware 2.0 S/N WCC4E0302640, MDL WD40EFRX - 68WTONO, DATE 27 SEP 2013, WWN 50014EE2090FECE.

Can you help in identifying what is now the replacement drive for this model?

And, if at a later date another drive fails would putting this replacement drive in, effect the other drive because of the different specifications?
